Le pr\u00e9sident de la R\u00e9publique, Ka\u00efs Sa\u00efed avait pr\u00e9sid\u00e9, hier, le conseil des ministres consacr\u00e9 \u00e0 l\u2019examen d\u2019un projet de d\u00e9cret pour la cr\u00e9ation d\u2019une commission nationale consultative pour une nouvelle R\u00e9publique, ainsi qu\u2019un projet de d\u00e9cret concernant la convocation des \u00e9lecteurs pour le r\u00e9f\u00e9rendum.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
