L\u2019enqu\u00eate sur ces faits datant de 2009 est entre les mains d\u2019une juge d\u2019instruction, \u00e0 la suite d\u2019une longue bataille proc\u00e9durale.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">G\u00e9rald Darmanin avait affirm\u00e9 le 1er f\u00e9vrier qu\u2019une confrontation lui avait \u00e9t\u00e9 refus\u00e9e.
