Parmi ceux-ci figurent des milliers de personnes qui ont vu leur demande d&rsquo;asile \u00eatre refus\u00e9e et qui n&rsquo;ont plus aucun recours.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify; background: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #444444;\">Le 17 mars dernier, ces expulsions avaient \u00e9t\u00e9 interrompues. Seules des\u00a0<em style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u00ab\u00a0personnes interdites de territoire pour motifs graves\u00a0\u00bb\u00a0<\/span><\/em>ou celles qui voulaient volontairement partir \u00e9taient renvoy\u00e9es.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: #444444;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #444444;\">Pour justifier la reprise des expulsions, l&rsquo;ASFC \u00e9voque une\u00a0<em style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u00ab\u00a0obligation l\u00e9gale\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/em>, la reprise des transports a\u00e9riens ou encore celle des processus d&rsquo;immigration.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #444444;\">La d\u00e9cision d\u2019arr\u00eater les expulsions pendant la pand\u00e9mie de covid-19\u00a0<em style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u00ab\u00a0\u00e9tait une mesure exceptionnelle qui n\u2019\u00e9tait pas partag\u00e9e par la communaut\u00e9 internationale\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/em>, pr\u00e9cise l\u2019Agence canadienne.<\/span><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; color: #444444;\">\u00a0<\/span><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #444444;\">Toutefois, aucune n\u2019aura pour le lieu vers 14 pays dont 7 du continent africain qui en raison de la situation sur place sont plac\u00e9s par l&rsquo;ASFC sous le r\u00e9gime du\u00a0<em style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u00ab\u00a0sursis administratif aux renvois\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/em>\u00a0ou d\u2019une\u00a0<em style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u00ab\u00a0suspension temporaire des renvois\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/em>.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm; text-align: justify; background: white; box-sizing: border-box; font-variant-ligatures: normal; font-variant-caps: normal; orphans: 2; widows: 2; -webkit-text-stroke-width: 0px; text-decoration-thickness: initial; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #444444;\">Les pays africains concern\u00e9s sont\u00a0: la Somalie (seulement les r\u00e9gions de Moyen-Ch\u00e9b\u00e9li, d\u2019Afgoye et de Mogadiscio), le Mali, la R\u00e9publique centrafricaine, le Soudan du Sud, la Libye, le Burundi, et la R\u00e9publique d\u00e9mocratique du Congo.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm; text-decoration-style: initial; text-decoration-color: initial; word-spacing: 0px;\"><span style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif'; color: #444444;\">Face aux vives protestations de certaines organisations de d\u00e9fense des r\u00e9fugi\u00e9s et immigrants, le minist\u00e8re canadien de l\u2019Immigration a pr\u00e9cis\u00e9 le mardi 1<sup style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\">er<\/sup>\u00a0d\u00e9cembre qu\u2019aucune personne admissible au programme de r\u00e9gularisation des demandeurs d&rsquo;asile, encore appel\u00e9e\u00a0<em style=\"box-sizing: border-box;\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Arial','sans-serif';\">\u00ab\u00a0ange gardien\u00a0\u00bb<\/span><\/em>\u00a0ne sera expuls\u00e9e.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"texte\" style=\"margin-top: 0cm;
