La Cour de justice d’Alger a condamn\u00e9 , ce mardi 15 septembre 2020, Khaled Drareni \u00e0 deux ans de prison ferme pour \u00ab\u00a0atteinte \u00e0 l’unit\u00e9 nationale\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0incitation \u00e0 un rassemblement non arm\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
La Cour a condamn\u00e9 \u00e0 quatre mois de prison ferme, Samir Belarbi et Mouh Slimane Hamitouche pour \u00ab\u00a0incitation \u00e0 un rassemblement non arm\u00e9e\u00a0\u00bb en abandonnant l’accusation d'\u00a0\u00bbatteinte \u00e0 l’unit\u00e9 nationale\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
Le Procureur g\u00e9n\u00e9ral pr\u00e8s la Cour d’Alger avait requis, lors du proc\u00e8s en appel, une peine de quatre ans de prison ferme et une amende de 50 000 Da \u00e0 l’encontre de Khaled Drareni.<\/p>\n
La m\u00eame peine a \u00e9t\u00e9 requise \u00e0 l’encontre de Samir Belarbi et Slimane Hamitouche, poursuivis dans la m\u00eame affaire et condamn\u00e9s, en ao\u00fbt dernier, \u00e0 deux ans de prison, dont quatre mois de prison ferme.<\/p>\n
Le 10 ao\u00fbt pass\u00e9, le journaliste Khaled Drareni a \u00e9t\u00e9 condamn\u00e9 par le Tribunal de Sidi M’hamed d’Alger \u00e0 trois ans de prison ferme tandis que les activistes Samir Belarbi et Slimane Hamitouche ont \u00e9cop\u00e9 de 2 ans d’emprisonnement dont 4 mois fermes pour \u00ab\u00a0atteinte \u00e0 l’unit\u00e9 nationale\u00a0\u00bb et \u00ab\u00a0incitation \u00e0 un rassemblement non arm\u00e9\u00a0\u00bb.<\/p>\n
