font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; mso-fareast-language: FR;\">Elle a soulign\u00e9 l\u2019importance de ce financement dans la mise en \u0153uvre du programme qui vise \u00e0 r\u00e9habiliter le syst\u00e8me informatique dans un certain nombre d\u2019h\u00f4pitaux publics en soutenant la sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique, en adoptant le dossier m\u00e9dical num\u00e9rique et les archives num\u00e9riques et en d\u00e9veloppant le syst\u00e8me d\u2019archivage des images m\u00e9dicales et autres.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; mso-fareast-language: FR;\">Le programme vise, \u00e9galement, \u00e0 soutenir et \u00e0 mettre en place 5 syst\u00e8mes de t\u00e9l\u00e9m\u00e9decine dans un certain nombre de structures de sant\u00e9 et \u00e0 dynamiser la sant\u00e9 num\u00e9rique \u00e0 travers l\u2019organisation de s\u00e9minaires et de conf\u00e9rences et le d\u00e9veloppement les comp\u00e9tences tunisiennes dans le domaine m\u00e9dical.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.5pt; line-height: 19.5pt; background-image: initial; background-position: initial; background-size: initial; background-repeat: initial; background-attachment: initial; background-origin: initial; background-clip: initial;\"><span style=\"font-size: 14.0pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; mso-fareast-language: FR;\">Le co\u00fbt total de ce projet est estim\u00e9 \u00e0 32,4 millions d\u2019euros (110 millions de dinars). Il sera financ\u00e9 par le pr\u00eat de l\u2019Agence fran\u00e7aise de d\u00e9veloppement (27,3 millions d\u2019euros), le solde restant \u00e9tant d\u00e9duit du budget d\u2019Etat.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.5pt; font-family: 'Verdana','sans-serif'; mso-fareast-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; mso-bidi-font-family: 'Times New Roman'; color: #222222; mso-fareast-language: FR;\">Plusieurs d\u00e9put\u00e9s ont critiqu\u00e9 l\u2019accord de financement estimant que le recours de l\u2019Etat \u00e0 la signature de cet accord \u00e0 Paris le 14 f\u00e9vrier 2019 aggrave encore l\u2019endettement et la d\u00e9pendance de la Tunisie \u00e0 l\u2019\u00e9gard de la France.<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"MsoNormal\" style=\"margin-bottom: 19.5pt;
